Review before sending

The first pilot covers drafts for review. You check the customer details, prices, and wording before anything is sent. We confirm the review tools and approval steps before setup.

Access for your workflow

Before setup, we agree which tools, accounts, and customer information the pilot needs. The access arrangements must be confirmed for the selected tools before live work begins.

Accounts and credentials

The account requirements, credential storage, and who can use the connected accounts need to be confirmed for each pilot before access is granted.

Checking the work

We agree how you will review drafts and report mistakes. During the pilot, we review recurring problems and update the setup where needed. Drafts still need checking.

Data handling

The services processing customer information, processing locations, storage, retention, and access arrangements need to be explained and agreed before the pilot starts.
