How we use it

We use this information to reply to your request, discuss the scope of a paid pilot, and provide Feya-related services if you choose to work with us. The website contact form sends the information you submit through Resend to hello@feya.online.

Customer data

Before a pilot starts, we agree which customer information the workflow needs, which services process it, who can access it, and how it is stored. These arrangements depend on the tools and work included in your pilot.

Processing arrangements

Processing terms, retention, service providers, processing locations, and access requirements need to be confirmed before customer information is connected to a pilot.
